Ingredients
- Fresh okra pods
- Olive oil
- Minced garlic
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Paprika
- Optional: chili flakes for heat
Instructions
- Preheat Oven Set to 400°F (200°C).
- Prep the Okra Wash, dry, and trim ends. Slice lengthwise.
- Season Toss okra with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Roast Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes until tender and slightly crisp.
- Finish & Serve Sprinkle chili flakes if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
