Cut puff pastry into 1-inch wide strips.
Roll each strip around metal cone molds (or make cones with aluminum foil).
Brush with egg wash.
Sprinkle a little sugar for crispiness.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and puffed.
Remove from molds and let cool completely.
2. Make the cream filling
Vanilla Cream
Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Custard Cream
Heat milk in a saucepan.
Mix sugar, cornflour, and egg yolk in a bowl.
Pour warm milk slowly into the mixture, whisking continuously.
Pour back into the pot and cook until thick.
Cool completely before filling.
Chocolate Cream
Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar + cocoa until fluffy.
3. Assemble
Fill a piping bag with your chosen cream.
Pipe into the cooled pastry cones until full.
Dust with powdered sugar (optional).
Tips
Make sure cones are fully cooled before filling to prevent melting.
For extra flavor: dip the cone edges in melted chocolate.
For a festive version: add fresh berries inside!
